Steven Heffter

Founder

Meet the founder of Proposal Software, Inc (PSI). But he didn’t just create the company, he literally invented proposal automation. Since 1994, he has dedicated his career to meeting the needs of our customers. In the early 90s he developed PMAPS as the first solution to automate the proposal process and in 2008 he oversaw the migration of PMAPS into a web-based SaaS platform. In addition to all the techie stuff (including the new RocketDocs platform), he works with our professional services team and uses his “founder” role to help customers maximize our product. Steven also serves as director of the board. This guy’s invested.

Before his time at PSI, Steven was the CIO at Innovative Marketing Programs and Computer Technologies (IMPACT, Inc.), where he developed marketing and database applications for the professional services industries.
